Book recommendation…for the pastor’s children

PRI07BH_200x1000A few weeks ago, I wrote about how parents can teach their children about the imputed righteousness of Jesus.  As a follow-up, this book from R.C. Sproul, The Priest with Dirty Clothes, will be another helpful aid in your efforts to teach them those same truths.  Most know R.C. Sproul as this deep, theological giant who at times can mosey over the heads of adults, so you may wonder why he is writing children’s books?  If you get this book and read it to your kids, you will see why.

He does it well.  He knows how to take deep truths from the Scripture and teach them to Seminary students or to pre-schoolers.   If you are wanting to teach your children these great truths through well-illustrated books with strong accurate content, Sproul offers much to choose from.  If you are specifically wanting to teach your children about the imputed righteousness of Jesus and help others in your church be equipped to do so also, buy this book for your home and church.  It can also be a companion to teach unbelievers the great truths of the gospel.  You can find it on sale here.
