Jim Savastio serves as President of the board. He has also served as the Pastor of The Reformed Baptist Church of Louisville for the last 22 years. He is married to Becky, and they have four children.
Jason Adkins serves as Vice President of the board. He also serves as a pastor at Auburndale Baptist Church and is currently a student at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He works for a state agency as a grant writer. He is married to Lacey, and they have two children.
Scott Wells serves as Executive Director for the ministry and Treasurer and Secretary of the board. He is also a Pastor at Auburndale Baptist Church. He received a Masters of Divinity at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary and also serves as a Chaplain in the United States Army. He is married to Jay, and they have three children.
Brian Croft founded Practical Shepherding and serves as Ministry Development Director for the ministry. He is also the Senior Pastor at Auburndale Baptist Church. Brian is married to Cara, and they have four children.
Adam Grusy serves as a pastor of Auburndale Baptist Church and is currently a student at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He works at Blue Dog Café and is married to Jenny. They have three children and are in process of adopting from Ethiopia.
Adam Embry serves as a pastor of Auburndale Baptist Church, holds several degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has written several books, including a thesis on the English Puritan John Flavel. He is married to Charlotte, and they have four children.
Ryan Fullerton serves as Senior Pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church. He is married to Christy and has four children.
Rob Gibson serves as Senior Pastor of North Oldham Baptist Church. He holds a Master’s of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Margret, and they have two children.
Scott Croft served as an elder of Capitol Hill Baptist Church for the last decade before moving to Louisville, KY. He now serves as an elder at Third Avenue Baptist Church. He works as an Attorney in Louisville and is married to Rachel; they have one son.
Bryce Butler serves as Executive Director of The Blue Sky Network. Before coming to Blue Sky, Bryce was the Executive Pastor of Sojourn Community Church and, prior to that, served four years on active duty as an Armor Officer in the United States Army. Bryce has an M.A. in Theology from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Bethany, and they have 2 children and are in process of adopting from China.
Eric Bancroft serves as Senior Pastor of Castleview Baptist Church. Prior to his ministry at Castleview, Eric served on pastoral staff at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles, CA, and taught as an adjunct professor at The Master’s College. Eric has earned degrees from Trinity International University (B.A.) and from the Master’s Seminary (M.Div.). Eric is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Eric is married to Danelle, and they have three sons.
