Brian Croft founded Practical Shepherding and serves as Ministry Development Director for the ministry. He is also the Senior Pastor at Auburndale Baptist Church. Brian is married to Cara and they have four children.
Chris Poteet serves as Communications Director for Practical Shepherding. He is a member of Auburndale Baptist Church and is currently a student at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Gwen, and they have one child and one on the way.
