One-on-One Mentoring
When you Sponsor a Pastor you provide needed mentoring, coaching, and support for pastors. Every sponsored pastor will receive one-on-one mentoring sessions with a member of the Practical Shepherding team. One-on-one mentoring is crucially important to be able to tend to the individual needs of every pastor and their unique situation.
