Cohorts help ministry leaders thrive as they develop friendships and are trained for pastoral ministry. We offer cohorts for pastors, planters, and ministry leaders around the world.

The Rural Collective are regional cohorts of pastors and planters engaged in pastoral ministry in small towns and rural places. Each cohort is led by a practitioner and seeks to develop strong pastoral competencies essential for effective rural ministry.
